Our alliance with EHR-Advice means that we can handle not only the recruitment and selection of consultants, but also the administrative aspects of programmes and projects.
Our association with EHR-Advice has already generated a project called Employment House. This is based on a framework agreement with the Dutch embassies in Tanzania, Zambia (Malawi) and Burkina Faso. Other current and former clients include the Dutch embassy in Kampala (Uganda), the Centre for the Promotion of Imports from Developing Countries (CBI) and DFID (UK).
The Support Programme for Institutional and Capacity Development (SPICAD) is another recruitment and selection programme, in this case centring on the formation of a pool of consultants working in the fields of institution-building and capacity development, plus the financial and administrative management of missions on behalf of some 20 embassies in developing countries. The programme is being implemented jointly by Wageningen University and the Royal Dutch Tropical Institute.
Basically, itís very simple: all you need to do is to tell us what experts you need. We then compile one or more job profiles in consultation with you, and select a number of suitable candidates from our network. After conducting a first round of selection interviews, we then present you with a short list of candidates.
