We support independent consultants in implementing assignments administratively as well as by providing a social security umbrella. To that extent, Nedworc acts as the formal employer of independent consultants.
Nedworc is not a typical consultancy firm, as it is up to each consultant to generate his/her own work and/or accept the assignments for which they approach Nedworc. As such, Nedworc consultants remain independent not only in terms of each them individually deciding which assignments to take on, and what working terms and conditions they are willing to accept, but they are also financially independent from other Nedworc consultants. Each employee has her/his personal cost centre.
We provide support services to independent consultants in a manner that ensures adequate social insurance, handling of their income-related tax liabilities, and other services.
That allows you, as a consultant, to focus your attention on the content of your work rather than on the financial, administrative and legal aspects of your assignments.
