A good preparation is key to a successful assignment. During the preparation phase:
- We provide you with advice on Terms of Reference, fees, contract terms and conditions, and other relevant issues.
- Together with the Client(s) we prepare and sign a legally and administratively sound cooperation agreement.
- With you we sign a contract of employment in case of a first assignment or continue the existing employment contract.
